Conductors Are The New Creators
Updated: Aug 7
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the way we create and produce content. With advancements in AI technology, even complex tasks such as writing music and orchestrating compositions are now possible with little or no human input. As we move into an era where AI increasingly becomes the primary force behind content creation, conducting will become a more valuable skill than creating.
The reason for this is straightforward: while AI can produce content more efficiently and accurately than humans, it lacks the intuition and emotional depth that can only come from human experience. This means that there will be a growing need for conductors who can bridge the gap between AI-produced content and human emotional connections.
As we approach a new era in which AI will dominate content creation, conductors will become increasingly valuable. Their ability to interpret and understand the nuances of human emotion will create tremendous opportunities for new forms of expression and art that will connect with audiences on a deeper level.
My daughter is a fantastic artist and author. She recently provided the inputs her her new book cover, which was generated with AI, and it look amazing. She was now the conductor.
In the end, the human element of expression remains as fundamental as ever. While AI can produce vast quantities of content, it may lack the human sensitivity required to create truly profound and resonant art. Conductors, with their ability to marry the precision of AI with the richness of human emotion, will become increasingly important in shaping the art of the future.
